CANCELLATION POLICY
BY PROCEEDING WITH BOOKING ONLNE YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS AND POLICIES. NO REFUNDS ARE PERMITTED AS WE ARE HERE TO ENSURE YOUR DESIRED RESULT AS WELL AS USING OUR TIME AND PRODUCT TO DO SO. CANCELLATIONS WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO NOTIFY WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION FEE OF 60% OF THE SERVICE MISSED APPOINTMENTS FAILURE TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT AND/OR NO-SHOWS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 60% OF THE SERVICES LATE ARRIVALS PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT WE MAY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SERVICE IF IT CANNOT BE COMPLETED IN THE REMAINING TIME FRAME. ALL ATTEMPTS TO RESCHEDULE IN A TIMELY MANNER WILL BE MADE. IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU 15 OR MORE MINUTES INTO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME IT IS CONSIDERED A "NO-SHOW" AND WILL BE TREATED AS A MISSED APPOINTMENT.
